A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION, AS CITY OF BREMERTON RIGHTS-OF
WAY, OF A PORTION OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF
CHERRY AVENUE AND ASH STREET.
WItEREAS, Hamson Memorial Hospital has proposed dedication of fight-of-way to the
City of Bremerton for an existing street and sidewalk; and
WHEREAS, the southeast comer of Cherry Avenue and Ash Street have been built to Ci{y
of Bremerton standards; and
WHEREAS, the street and sidewalk will be utilized by the public for access to the
properties abutting this street, and general traffic circulation in this area; and
WHEREAS, as a condition of accepting the proposed dedication, the City of Bremerton
will agree to maintain and manage this rights-of-way pursuant to State law and City Code and
policies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BREMERTON THAT:
Section 1: The following street and sidewalk, described legally in the attached dedication
documents, but generally described below, are accepted as dedicated City o£ Bremerton rights-of'-
way:
(a.) a portion of the southeast comer at the intersection of Cherry Avenue and Ash Street.
Section 2: The City of Bremerton shall maintain and manage this fights-of-way as per State
Law and City Code and policies.
Section 3. The Mayor is authorized to sign the attached dedication documents.
