A RESOLUTION proposing the right-of-way vacation of the
southerly 1,000 feet of Forrest Street between 1s~ Street (vacated)
and Kitsap Way.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON
THAT:
1. A petition has been received to vacate the southerly 1,000 feet of Forrest Street between 1s~
Street (vacated) and Kitsap Way.
2. A public hearing will be held on February 21, 2001, at 5:30 p.m. or later at the Bremerton
City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington, to take public comment or consider
written objections to the vacation.
3. If fifty percent or more of property owners abutting said right-of-way file written objections
to this action prior to the time set for public hearing herein, the heating shall be canceled and
there shall be no further proceedings under this resolution.
