A RESOLUTION proposing the right-of-way vacation of
approximately 210 feet of Yantic Avenue south of 1st Street and the
alley lying south of 1st Street and between Yantic and Hartford
Avenues.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON
THAT:
1. A petition has been received to vacate approximately 210 feet of Yantic Avenue south of
1st Street and the alley lying south of 1st Street and between Yantic and Hartford Avenues.
2. A public hearing will be held on February 21, 2001, at 5:30 p.m. or later at the Bremerton
City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington, to take public comment or consider
written objections to the vacation.
3. If fifty percent or more of property owners abutting said right-of-way file written obi ections
to this action prior to the time set for public hearing herein, the hearing shall be canceled and
there shall be no further proceedings under this resolution.
