A RESOLUTION proposing the fight-of-way vacation of the alley
located between Naval and Roosevelt Avenues and between 6t~ and
7~ Streets.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON
THAT:
1. A petition has been received to vacate the alley located between Naval and Roosevelt
Avenues and between 6~ and 7~ Streets.
2. A public heating will be held on February 21, 2001, at 5:30 p.m. or later at the Bremerton
City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington, to take public comment or consider
written objections to the vacation.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
