A RESOLUTION proposing the right-of-way vacations of portions
of Cottman Avenue and Perry Street located west of Oyster Bay.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON
THAT:
1. A petition has been received to vacate portions of Cottman Avenue and Perry Street located
west of Oyster Bay
2. A public hearing will be held on October 25, 2000, at 6:00 p.m. or later at the Bremerton City
Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington, to take public comment or consider written
objections to the vacation.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
