A RESOLUTION proposing the fight-of-way vacations of portions
of C Street, Bay View Drive West, Nebraska Avenue, and an alley
located between Bay View Drive West and State Route 3 south of
C Street.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON
THAT:
1. A petition has been received to vacate portions of C Street, Bay View Drive West, Nebraska
Avenue, and an alley located between Bay View Drive West and State Koute 3 south of C
Street fight-of-way.
2. A public heating will be held on October 25, 2000, at 6:00 p.m. or later at the Bremerton City
Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington, to take public comment or consider written
objections to the vacation.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
