A RESOLUTION proposing the vacation of Harkins Place fight-of-way.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON
THAT:
1. A petition has been received to vacate Harkins Place fight-of-way.
2. A public hearing will be held on September 13, 2000, at 6:00 p.m. or later at the Bremenon
City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington, to take public comment or consider
written objections to the vacation.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
