A RESOLUTION approving Centennial Clean Water Fund
(CCWF) Grant No. FP00098 (Bremerton CSO Reduction Plan
Update).
WHEREAS, the Department of Ecology, a Washington State Agency, has established a Centennial
Clean Water Fund for the Update to the CSO Reduction Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton desires to participate in a grant fi'om said CCWF; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BREMERTON THAT:
Section I. The City of Bremerton desires to participate in the CCWF Grant Program.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Bremerton does hereby authorize the City of Bremerton to receive a
SRF Loan and to take such other actions as are necessary and relevant to the CCWF Grant Program.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 2nd day of August ,2000.
