A RESOLUTION proposing the vacation of a portion of 12th Street between Elizabeth
Avenue and Park Avenue, and two alleys south of 13th Street and west of Park Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL THAT:
1. The City of Bremerton is initiating the vacation process for a portion of 12th Street between
Elizabeth Avenue and Park Avenue, and two alleys south of 13th Street and west of Park
Avenue.
2. A public hearing will be held on March 8, 2000, at 6:00 p.m. or later at the Bremerton City
Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington, to take public comment or consider written
objections to the vacation.
