A RESOLUTION proposing the vacation of a portion of Peters Street from Poindexter
Avenue to Humphrey Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL THAT:
1. Charles Haselwood has petitioned the City of Bremerton to initiate the vacation process for a
portion of Peters Street from Poindexter Avenue to Humphrey Avenue.
2. A public heating will be held on March 8, 2000, at 6:00 p.m. or later at the Bremerton City
Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington, to take public comment or consider written
objections to the vacation.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
