A RESOLUTION proposing the right-of-way vacation of a portion
of Chester Avenue located north of 13a Street.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON
THAT:
1. A petitior~ has been received to vacate a portion of Chester Avenue located north of 13~h
Street right-of-way.
2. A public hearing will be held on January 24, 2001, at 5:30 p.m. or later at the Bremerton City
Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington, to take public comment or consider written
objections to the vacation.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
