RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION proposing the fight-of-way vacation of the north
35 feet of the alley north of 11~h Street Place between Pleasant
Avenue and Highland Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON
THAT:
1. A petition has been received to vacate of the north 35 feet of the alley north of 11® Street'
Place between Pleasant Avenue and Highland Avenue right-of-way.
2. A public hearing will be held on January 24, 2001, at 5:30 p.m. or later at the Bremerton City
Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington, to take public comment or consider written
objections to the vacation.
