Washington designating Bank of New York as an
Agent of the City of Bremerton for the safekeeping
of securities.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is desirous of entering into a safekeeping agreement
in order to provide for the security of its investments, and
WItEREAS, a certification of corporate authority is a necessary precondition of entering
into said agreement, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL:
TItAT Bank of New York be and hereby is designated an agent of the City of Bremerton
for the safekeeping of securities. Be it further resolved, that instructions to the agem shall be
given by the officers named on the attached agreement, or their successors.
