A RESOLUTION ALTERING SPEED LIMITS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS.
WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to WAC 308-330-270, has the authority to alter
· maximum speed limits permitted on the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation; and
WHEREAS, an engineering and traffic investigation has determined that the posted
speed limit is greater than is reasonable and prudent under the existing conditions found at the
following location:
1. Wheaton Way from Manette Bridge to Sheridan Road;
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton:
That the following roadway shall have decreased speed limit as indicated below:
1. Wheaton Way from Manette Bridge to Sheridan Road to be set at 25 MPH.
