RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF "BROADMOOR VILLAGE",
LOCATED AT '1000 EAST BROAD STREET, BREMERTON, KITSAP COUNTY,
WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 58.17, FPH MANAGEMENT CONSTRUCTION, INC.,
proponent for the proposed subdivision, comprising 3.7 acres and located at 1000
EAST BROAD STREET within the City of Bremerton, has made application for approval
of a PRELIMINARY PLAT containing 43 lots; and
WHEREAS, an environmental checklist has been prepared and considered
by the responsible official and a mitigated determination of environmental
nonsignificance issued, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing concerning this
matter on August 15, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended to the Council that the
"Broadmoor Village" Subdivision Preliminary Plat be accepted subject to certain
conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Bremerton City Council held public hearings on September 6,
1995, concerning the preliminary plat with mitigating conditions; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL
That the "Broadmoor Village" Subdivision FINAL Plat presented for approval is
hereby accepted, approved, and ordered filed. Property in the City limits of
Bremerton included in this FINAL Plat is described as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS:
Parcel I
The West 165 feet of the East half of the South half of the
North half of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 2, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M., Kitsap
County, Washington, except described as follows:
Beginning at a point 65 feet East of the Northwest corner
of the East half of the South half of the North half of said
subdivision; thence South, parallel to the West line of the East
half of the South half of the North half of said subdivision, 210
feet, more or less, to the North line, extended West of Broad
Street, as platted in said Plat of Olof Linne's Home Tracts,
according to the Plat recorded in Volume 8, Page 18, Kitsap
County, Washington; thence East along said North line extended
West of Broad Street, 100 feet, more or less, to the Southwest
corner of Lot 9, said let of Olof Linne's Home Tracts, according
to the Plat recorded in Volume 8, Page 18, Kitsap County,
Washington; thence North along the East line of the West 165
feet of the East half of the South half of the North half of said
subdivision, 210 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of the
West 165 feet of the East half of the South half of the North half
of said subdivision; thence West along the North line of the South
half of the North half of said subdivision 100 feet, more or less,
to the True Point of Beginning.
Parcel II
The East 3/5 of the West half of the South half of the North
half of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section
2, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M., in Kitsap County,
Washington.
