A RESOLUTION reviewing charges for the abatement of garbage and debris on
the property at 833 - 10th Street and determining means of collection.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton incurred costs for the removal of garbage and debris at 833 - 10th
Street, Bremerton; and
WHEREAS, the Bremerton Municipal Code allows the City to recoup these costs by personal obligation
against the property owner, which if not collected within 30 days will become a lien against the property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is charged with determining whether the fees are just and has considered the
report of charges fried by the Building Official and any protests or objection filed; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bremerton:
That the City of Bremerton confirms the Building Official's report of charges as correct and just charges for
garbage and debris removal from 833 - 10tb Street, Bremerton and directs the City Attorney to collect the charges
as a personal obligation against the owners, Anthony and Regina Cota, which if not collected within 30 days shall
become a lien against the property.
PASSED, by the City Council of the City of Bremetton this 24th day of January,
1996.
