A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to sign all applications,
agreeanents and amendments, and other documents relating to
Centennial Clean Water Fund Loan documents, for the Callow Ave Basin
CSO Separation Phase 2 Project (CCWF Loan No. 9600021)
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton developed a plan for and is undertaking a program of
construction relating to Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Reduction in the Callow Avenue Basin and,
WHEREAS, for the City of Bremerton such project being necessary to address the needs of
the area and to protect the health, safety, and well being of the people; and,
WHEREAS, the plan was developed in accordance with the requirements ofWAC 173-245,
and sets forth facilities required to be constructed to serve the needs of the area; and,
WHEREAS, the construction costs of the Callow Avenue Basin CSO Separation Project,
Phase 2 facilities in accordance with the plan are eligible for State funding;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BREMERTON THE MAYOR CONCURRING:
SECTION 1: The Mayor is duly authorized to sign applications, loan agreements and
amendments, and other documents relating to Callow Avenue Basin CSO Separation Phase 2, Project
Construction Loan.
