A RESOLUTION of the Bremerton City Council authorizing
purchase of computers pursuant to Ordinance No. 4296.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton requires desk top computers for
its information systems networking objectives, and;
WHEREAS, procurement of computers can be made from a firm at
a cost less than that available by state contract, and;
WHEREAS, City Ordinance number 4296 provides exception to
contracting procedures when procurement can be accomplished when
prices are less than state contract pricing,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
authorizes purchase of computers from the firm offering the lowest
price.
ADOPTED this 12 day of December , 1990.
