A RESOLUTION designating a residential parking
permit area (Zone #6).
WHEREAS· a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the residents
of designated zone #6 has been filed with the City, and;
WHEREAS· the City Engineer has recommended that zone #6 be
designated as a residential parking permit area in accordance with
procedures established by Ordinance #3437 and Ordinance #3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential parking
permit area:
ZONE: #6
800 block of Park Avenue, east side only
FURTHER· that in zone #6, a two (2) hour parking time
limitation be established.
