RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING DATE FOR THE
VACATION OF A PORTION OF THE UNNAMED,
UNDEVELOPED RIGHT-OF-WAY INTERSECTING
WHEATON WAY ON THE EAST SIDE ACROSS FROM
AND 160 FEET SOUTH OF DIBB STREET.
A public hearing will be held on April 11, 1990 at 6:00
P.M. (or later) at the Bremerton City Hall, 239 Fourth Street,
Bremerton, Washington to take public comment or objections to
the Vacation of the following right-of-way:
That portion of the southwest quarter of Section 1,
Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.m., in the City
of Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington, described
as follows:
That portion or the Southwest quarter of Section 1, Township 24 North, Range 1
East, W.M., tn the Ctty of Bremerton, Kitsap Count.y, Washington, described as
fo~ows:
Commencing at the Southwest comer of the Southwest quarter of sam
Section 1; thence South 89'06'50" fast along the South fine thereof 35.00. feet
to the East margin of Wheaton May and the True Point of Beginning; thence -"
· North 1'48'50" East along said East margin of Wheaton Way 30.00 feet; thence
South 89'06'50" East along a line parallel with and 30 feet north of the South
line d said Section I a alstance of 220.00 feet; thence South lqB'SO" West
30.00 feet to the South line of said Lot 1; thence North 89'De50" West along
said South line 220.00 feet to the True Point of Beg}nnlng.
