RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF QUALHEIM, LOCATED
NORTH OF FIRST- STREET AND EAST OF BRUEN AVENUE,
BREMERTON, KITSAP COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 58.17 Bremerton School District,
proponent for the proposed subdivision, comprising 4.68 acres and
located north of First Street and east of Bruen Avenue within the
City of Bremerton, has made application for approval of a final
plat containing two lots; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
concerning this matter on February 19, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended to the Council
that the Qualheim Subdivision Preliminary Plat be accepted subject
to certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, an environmental checklist has been prepared and
considered by the responsible official and a determination of
environmental nonsignificance issued; and
WHEREAS, the Bremerton City Council held a public hearing on
March 20, 1991 concerning the preliminary plat and adopted the
Findings of Fact and Conclusion of Law - including one mitigating
condition; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL
That the Qualheim Subdivision Final Plat presented for
approval and filing is hereby accepted, approved and ordered filed.
