A RESOLUTION setting the hearing date for the vacation of 1st
Street.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL:
A public hearing will be held on August 28, 1991 at 6:00 PM
or after at the Bremerton City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton,
Washington to take public comment or objections to the vacation of
the following right-of-way:
THAT PORTION OF 1ST STREET (formerly 14th Ave)
BETWEEN THE EAST MARGIN OF OYSTER BAY AVE
(formerly Oyster Bay Street) AND THE WEST
MARGIN OF BREMERTON BLVD. AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT
OF BREMERTON HEIGHTS, AS RECORDED IN VOL. 3,
PAGE 41, OF PLATS, RECORDS OF KITSAP COUNTY,
WASHINGTON
ALSO
THAT PORTION OF 1ST STREET (formerly 14th Ave)
BETWEEN THE EAST MARGIN OF OYSTER BAY AVENUE
(formerly Oyster Bay St) AND THE EAST MARGIN
OF FORREST AVENUE (formerly Forrest Street) AS
SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF GOODFELLOW'S NAVY YARD
TRACTS, AS RECORDED IN VOL. 3 PAGE 52, OF
PLATS, RECORDS OF KITSAP COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 24th day of July, 1991.
