A RESOLUTION reauthorizing an interfund loan from the General Fund to
the Street Fund.
WHEREAS, the City Council has by Resolution No. 2345 authorized an interfund
loan from the General Fund to the Street Fund; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2345 called for the repayment of the interfund loan by
the Street Fund prior to December 31, 1991; and
WHEREAS, events occurring subsequent to the passage of Resolution No. 2345 have
prevented the repayment of the interfund loan as originally contemplated; and
WHEREAS, the 1992 Street Fund budget has been prepared in such a manner as
to provide for the repayment of the interfund loan together with interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, let it be resolved, the interfund loan authorized by Resolution
No. 2345 is reauthorized under the same terms and conditions as previously set forth for a
period not to exceed December 31, 1992, with payments to be made not less than quarterly.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremenon this 18th day of December,
1991.
