A RESOLUTION setting hearing date for a vacation of
Brentwood Circle.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL:
A public hearing will be heid on May 1, 1991 at 6:00 p.m. or
after at the Bremerton City Hall,'239 Fourth Street, Bremerton,
Washington to take public comment or objections to the vacation of
the following right-of-way:
Brentwood Circle which consists of a diagonal street
extending from the intersection of Carr and Harlow,
northeastward to meet Carr Blvd. again. In the center of
Bremerton School District property, the street makes a
circle having an inside radius of approximately 100 feet
and a ROW width of 50 feet.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 10th day of April, 1991.
