A RESOLUTION to adopt the City of Bremerton Utilities Development and
Construction Standards.
WHEREAS, The City of Bremerton has no adopted standards for development and
construction of public utilities; and
WHEREAS, the City desires consistency and quality in those facilities constructed
for use of the public; and
WHEREAS, published uniform standards will reduce costs and delays for private
developers; and
WHEREAS, the City is required to formally adopt construction standards under State
Department of Health regulations promulgated under Washington Administrative Code 248-
54; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton:
That The City of Bremerton Utilities Development and Construction Standards
attached hereto be adopted.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 7th day of October, 1992.
