A RESOLUTION setting hearing date for the Vacation of 2,120
square feet of right-of-way adjacent to 1144 Carr Blvd.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL:
A public hearing will be held March 4, 1992 at 6:00 P.M. or
after at the Bremerton City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton,
Washington, to take public comment or objections to the vacation of
the following right-of-way:

Description for ROAD VACATION
That portion of Park Drive (Carr Boulevard) in the Plat of Brentwood Park,
flied in Volume 5, page 6 of plats, records of Kitsap County, Washington, contained
in a strip of land lying in the easterly 20.0 feet of said park Drive (Carr Boulevard)
and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the Westerly margin of said plat N 2°50'55'' E 20.00
· feet from the one-quarter section comer common to Sections 16 and 17 of Township
24 North, Range 1 East W.M.; thence S 88°45'19'. E 369.26 feet along the centerline of
Park Drive (Carr Boulevard) to the beginning of a 14°50'03'' degree curve to the left
having a radius of 386.16 feet; thence Northeasterly along the arc of said curve 360.00
feet to a point whose radius point bears N 52°10'11"W 386.16 feet, said point being
the 'Southwesterly corner of a 20.00 foot wide portion of said Park Drive (Carr
Boulevard) Vacated by Kitsap County Commissioners Journal 7 page 308, the TRUE
PO]ZNT OF BEGINNING of the track herein described; thence S 52°10'11'' E 20.00 feet;
thence Southwesterly along the arc of a curve, along the Southeasterly right-of-way
line of said Park Drive (Carr Boulevard), having a radius of 406.16 feet a distance of
220.42 feet to a point whose radius bears N 21°04'31'' W 406.16 feet, said point is also
the Northeasterly corner of the tract of land described in Quit Claim Deed dated
April 15, 1957 and recorded under Auditor's File Number 658417, records of Kitsap
CoUnty, Washington; thence Northeasterly along the arc of a curve to the left,
whose radius point bears N 25°46'44.' W 386.16 feet, a distance of 216.05 feet to the
5outhwester]y corner of the above mentioned 20.00 foot wide Vacated strip of Park
Drive (Carr Boulevard), whose radius point bears N 57o50'05'' W 386.16 feet, said
point being TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Upon vacation of the parcel hereinabove described, it is intended that it shall
revert to and become a part of Parcel "C" of City of Bremerton Adjusted Short
Subdivision Number 55-79 recorded under Auditor's File Number 8911150196.
The attached "EXH/BIT 'A"' is being added for clarity and by reference to
made a part hereof.
