A RESOLUTION amending regulatory license fees.
WHEREAS, the costs associated with regulating businesses addressed in Title 5 and
Sections 9.48 and 10.24 of the Bremenon Municipal Code have steadily increased over the
past several years; and
WHEREAS, City Council, through their annual Statements of Legislative Intent have
directed staff to review fees and charges; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton:
That the schedule of regulatory license fees attached hereto as Exhibit "A"shall take
effect upon the effective date of Ordinance No. 4368.(May 6, 1992)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that beginning January 1, 1993, and the beginning
of each calendar year thereafter, the Schedule of Regulatory License Fees attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" shall be adjusted by using the revised Consumer Price Index (CPI) for all
urban consumers as published by the United States Department of Labor for U.S. City
Average, all items (1982-84= 100) for the most current period preceding the beginning of
the calendar year.
