portion of Yantic Avenue located just north of the intersection of
Patten Avenue and Hartford Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL:
A public hearing will be held July 22, 1992 at 6:00 P.M. or
after at the Bremerton City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton,
Washington, to take public comment or objections to the vacation of
the following right-of-way:
That portion of Yantic Avenue described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the North margin
of Hartford Avenue with the West margin of Yantic
Avenue; thence North along the West margin of
Yantic Avenue 252.13 feet; thence East to the East
margin of Yantic Avenue; thence South along the
East margin of Yantic Avenue to the North margin of
Hartford Avenue; thence Southwesterly to the point
of beginning.
