RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING DATE FOR THE VACATION OF A FORTION OF
1ST STREET WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF BREMERTON BOULEVARD AND 1ST
STREET.
A public hearing will be held on March 16, 1994 at 6:00 p.m.
or later at the Bremerton City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton,
Washington to take public comment or objections to the Vacation of
the following right-of-way:
Applicant:
Alroy Hall
Location:
Portion of right-of-way 30 feet wide and running 100 feet west
of the intersection of First Street and Bremerton Boulevard,
to approximately 60 fee east of the Forrest Avenue
intersection.
(Legal description attached as exhibit "A")
PASSED by City Council of the City of Bremerton this 23rd day of February, 1994.
