A RESOLUTION determining that garbage
abatement fees are reasonable and charging the costs
as a personal judgment against the property owner
of 922 - 15th Street.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton incurred costs for the removal of garbage and debris at 922 - 15th
Street, Bremerton; and
WHEREAS, the Bremenon Municipal Code allows the City to recoup these costs by personal judgement
against the property owner; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is charged with determining whether the fees arc just;, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bremerton:
That the City of Bremenon confirms the Building Official's report of garbage abatement charges as correct
and just charges for garbage removal from 922 - 15th Street, Bremerton, and directs the City Attorney to collect the
charges totalling $284.84 as a personal judgment against the owner, Bonita Pendleton.
