A RESOLUTION declaring the intent of the Bremerton City Council to close a
portion of Montgomery Street between the intersections of 9th Street and llth Street
to traffic except local access.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton has received a petition signed by' residents
abutting north Montgomery Street requesting closure of this street between 9th and l lth
Streets; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton:
That based upon a petition of property owners abutting Montgomery Street between
9th and 1 lth, the City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a closure of this portion
of Montgomery Street to all vehicular traffic except traffic accessing properties within said
portion of Montgomery Street at the following time and place:
August 3, 1994, at 6:00 p.m. or later
City Council Chambers
Bremerton City Hall
239 4th St.
Bremerton, Washington
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk shall publish notice of the time and
place of the above hearing in the official newspaper of the City at least two weeks before
the meeting.
