A RESOLUTION setting a date and time for the hearing upon the
assessment roll for Local Improvement District 326, and
directing the issuance of said hearing by mail and
publication.
WHEREAS, an ordinance providing for the improvement of 4th
Street from Washington Ave. to Pacific Ave. and establishing Local
Improvement District 326 has been passed by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Local Improvement District
326 providing for the assessments for said improvements has been
filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton:
That the 19th day of October, 1994, at 6:00 p.m. or after of
said day at the Council Chambers, City Hall, Bremerton, Washington,
be and the same is hereby fixed at the time and place of the
hearing upon said assessment roll and that any person who desires
to object thereto must make their objections in writing and file
them with the City Clerk at or prior to the date set for hearing.
That the time and place fixed for hearing and at times which the
hearing may be adjourned, the Council will sit as'a board of
equalization for the purpose of considering the roll and the City
Council will consider the objections made and will correct, revise,
raise, lower, change or modify the roll or any part thereof or set
aside the roll and order the assessment to be made de novo.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and she is
hereby directed and authorized to give notice of the time and place
of said hearing by publishing notice of hearing at least once a
week for two consecutive weeks in the official newspaper of the
City of Bremerton, the last publication to be at least fifteen (15)
days before the date fixed for hearing. The City Clerk shall
further give notice of said hearing by mailing a notice at least
fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing to the owners or reputed
owners of the different properties whose names appear upon said
assessment roll at the address of such owners as described on the
tax rolls of the County Treasurer for each property described on
the list.

28th day of September, 1994.
