RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF COURT CIERRA, LOCATED
ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF SYLVAN WAY AND EAST OF CEDAR GROVE DRIVE,
BREMERTON, KITSAP COUNTY, WASHINGTON WITHIN THE S.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 2,
TOWNSHIP 24N., RANGE 1E., W.M. BREMERTON, KITSAP COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 58.17, Martic Inc., proponent of the preliminary plat
comprising 2.44 acres and located on the north side of Sylvan Way, east of Cedar Grove Drive,
within the City of Bremerton and in the S.W. 1/4 of Section 2, Township 24N., Range 1E., W.M.
Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington has made application for approval of a final plat containing
fifteen lots; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing concerning this matter on
August 17, 1993 and December 21, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended to the Council that the Court Cierra
Preliminary Plat/PUD be accepted subject to certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, an environmental checkList has been prepared and considered by the
responsible official and a environmental determination of nonsignificance issued, and
WHEREAS, the Bremerton City Council held a public hearing on September 22, 1993 and
January 26, 1994 concerning the preliminary plat and adopted the Findings of Fact & Conclusion
of Law of the Bremerton Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Bremerton City Council finds that all conditions of preliminary plat
approval have been satisfied; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL
That the Court Cierra Subdivision Final Plat presented for approval and filing is hereby
accepted, approved, and ordered filed. Property in the City limits of Bremerton included in this
Final Plat is described as follows:
THE EAST HALF OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF
THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER, SECTION
2, TOWNSHIP 24 NORTH, RANGE I EAST OF THE WILLAMETTE
MERIDIAN IN K1TSAP COUNTY, WASHINGTON;
EXCEPT THE SOUTH 30 FEET FOR SYLVAN WAY.
PARCEL B:
THE WEST 100 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING PARCEL AS MEASURED
ALONG THE NORTH LINE:
LOT "B" OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON SHORT PLAT B-186 RECORDED
UNDER AUDITOR'S FILE NO. 901230159 BEING A PORTION OF THE
SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE
SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 24 NORTH, RANGE
1 EAST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN IN KITSAP COUNTY,
WASHINGTON.
