A RESOLUTION adopting the Master Plan for Pendergast
Regional Park.
WHEREAS, in December of 1991, the Mayor recommended and
City Council approved a Professional Services agreement with Bruce
Dees & Associates to design a 50 acre Athletic Complex formalizing
a long standing commitment to building a first class Athletic
Facility in Bremerton; and
WHEREAS, the scope of work included in the Professional
Services Agreement called for development of a Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2269 adopting a schematic design
for the Park was approved by City Council in September of 1989 as
a requirement of an I.A.C. Grant application; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 2269 is hereby
repealed and the Master Plan attached as Exhibit "A" is hereby
approved.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 7th day of April, 1993.
