A RESOLUTION setting a hearing date for the Vacation of approximately 3,030
square feet of Arvon Avenue, located approximately 65 feet north of 16th
Street.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL:
A public hearing will be held June 9, 1993 at 6:00 P.M. or later at
the Bremerton City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington to take
public comment or objections. to the Vacation of the following right-of-way:
THAT PORTION OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE
NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 14, TOWNSIIIP
24 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, W.M,, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 10, PLAT OF FIRST ADDITION
TO ANDERSON COVE, AS PER VOLUME 7 OF PLATS, PAGE 60, RECORDS OF
KITSAP COUNTY, WASHINGTON; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOTS 9
AND 8 OF SAID PLAT S 88' 26" E - 15.00 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID
PLAT LINE S 01 degree 19' 30" W - 201.82 FEET; THENCE N 8 degree 31' W - 15.00
FEET TO .THE EAST LINE OF SAID PLAT; THENCE ALONG SAID PLAT LINE N
01 degree 19' 30" E - 201.84 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
SITUATE IN THE ClTY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON.
