A RESOLUTION setting hearing date for the Vacation of
undeveloped portions of 1st Street and Forrest Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL:
A public hearing will be.held August 18, 1993 at 6:00 P.M. or
after the Bremerton City Hall, .239 Fourth Street, Bremerton,
Washington, to take public comment or objections to the vacation of
the following right-of-way:
.That of the 1st Street (formerly 14th Avenue) between .the
southerly extension of the west margin of Forrest Avenue (formerly
Forrest Street) and the northerly extension of the east line of Lot
7, Block 1, as shown on the Plat of Bremerton Heights, as recorded
in Vol. 3, page 41, of Plats, records of Kitsap County, Washington..
ALSO
That portion of Forrest Avenue (formerly Forrest Street) abutting
lots 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, and 1st Street (formerly 14th Avenue)
in Block 1, as shown on the Plat of Goodfellow's Navy Yard Tracts,
as recorded in Vol. 3, page 52, of Plats, records of Kitsap County,
Washington.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 28th day of July, 1993.
