A RESOLUTION setting hearing date for the' Vacation of a
portion of Right-of-Way 30 feet wide running 100 feet west of the
intersection of First Street and Bremerton Boulevard.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL:
A public hearing will beheld August 18, 1993 at 6:00 P.M. or
after the Bremerton City. Ha 11, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton,
Washington, to.take public comment or objections to the vacation of
the following right-of-way:
30'x 100' PORTION OF FIRST .STREET ADJACENT TO (NORTH) LOT 8,
BLOCK 1, IN THE PLAT OF BREMERTON.!'.HEIGHTS; AS RECORDED IN
VOL. 3, PAGE 41 OF PLATS, RECORDED IN KITSAP COUNTY,
WASHINGTON.
