A RESOLUTION waiving Call for Bids for Procurement of
Grounds Maintenance Equipment for Gold Mountain Golf Course
WHEREAS, the City Council provided for exception to Call for
Bid procedures by adopting Ordinance 4296; and
WHEREAS, the City has adopted procurement practices 'that
encourage standardization and compatibility of equipment; and
WHEREAS, Gold Mountain Golf Course has standardized much'of
its grounds maintenance equipment; and
WHEREAS, Gold Mountain Golf Course has a need to purchase a
Toro Greensmaster Mower; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that Call for Bid procedures be waived and that
Gold Mountain Golf Course be permitted to purchase one (1) Toro
Greensmaster Mower.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 11th day of August, 1993
