A RESOLUTION amending the sale price of surplus utility property commonly
known as the Meadow Dale Well site.
WHEREAS, RCW 35.94.040 requires that land surplused to City utility needs be
surplused and the consideration to be paid set by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Meadow Dale Well site described below was declared surplus and
the sale price set at $135,000.00on October 10, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the sale price should be reduced based on a current appraisal to reflect
development limitations of shape and zoning; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton:
That the Meadow Dale Well site, more fully described below, has been declared and
remains surplus to the needs of the Bremerton Utility Department, and should be sold
according to Administrative Policy 1-6 for the highest bid not less than $80,000.00.
PARCEL DESCRIPTION
The South 10 acres of the West 1/2 of the Northeast
19q3.
1/4 of the Southwest
1/4 of Section 25, Township 25 North, Range 1 East W.M.; except that 1
acre parcel, together with easements, conveyed to North Perry Water District
and other easements of record.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 22nd day of December, 1993.
