A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to sign all
applications, agreements and amendments, and other
documents relating to Centennial Clean Water Fund
Loan documents, for the Callow Avenue Basin CSO
Reduction, Phase 1 Project (CCWF Loan No. L950016).
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton intends to develop a plan for
and undertake a program of construction relating to Combined Sewer
Overflow (CSO) Reduction in the Callow Avenue Basin and, for the
City of Bremerton such project being necessary to address the needs
of the area and to protect the health, safety, and well being of
the people; and,
WHEREAS, the plan is to be developed in accordance with the
requirements of WAC 173-245, and will set forth facilities required
to be constructed to serve the needs of the area; and
WHEREAS, the costs of the planning and design of the Callow
Avenue Basin CSO Reduction Project, Phase 1 facilities are eligible
for State funding; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON
THE MAYOR CONCURRING:
SECTION 1: The Mayor is duly authorized to sign applications,
loan agreements and amendments, and other documents relating to
Callow Avenue Basin CSO Reduction-Phase 1, Project Design Loan.
Passed this 12th day of April, 1995 by the City Council of the City of Bremerton.
