RESOLUTION #2521
A RESOLUTION determining that garbage abatement fees are reasonable and
charging the costs as a personal judgment against the property owner of 1017
Chester Avenue.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton incurred costs for the removal of garbage and debris at 1017 Chester
Avenue, Bremerton; and
WHEREAS, the Bremerton Municipal Code allows the City to recoup these costs by personal judgment
against the property owner; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is charged with determining whether the fees are just, and has considered any
protests or objections thereto; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bremerton:
That the City of Bremerton confirms the Building Offlcial's report of garbage abatement charges as correct
and just charges for garbage removal from 1017 Chester Avenue, Bremerton and directs the City Attorney to collect
the charges as a personal obligation against the owner, Ronald Schwoch.
PASSED, by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 6th day of September, 1995.
