A RESOLUTION determining that garbage abatement fees are reasonable and
charging the costs as a personal judgment against the property owner of 2305 -
15 th Street.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton incurred costs for the removal of garbage and debris at 2305 - 15th
Street, Bremerton; and
WHEREAS, the Bremerton Municipal Code allows the City to recoup these costs by personal judgment
against the property owner; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is charged with determining whether the fees are just, and has considered any
protests or objections thereto; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bremerton:
That the City of Bremerton confirms the Building Official's report of garbage abatement charges as correct
and just charges for garbage removal from 2305 - 15th Street, Bremerton and directs the City Attorney to collect
the charges as a personal obligation against the owner, Wayne Rushforth.
PASSED, by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 20th day of September,
1995.
