A RESOLUTION reviewing charges for the abatement of the property at 1510
Snyder Avenue, Bremenon.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton incurred costs for the removal of garbage and debris on the property
located at 1510 Snyder Avenue, Bremerton; and
WHEREAS, the Bremerton Municipal Code allows the City to recoup these costs by personal judgment
against the property owner which if not paid within 30 days becomes a lien against the property; and
WHERF/tS, the City Council is charged with determining whether the fees are just, and has considered the
report of charges filed by the Building Official and any protests or objection filed; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bremerton:
1. That the abatement charges induded in the report of the Building Official in the amount of $ 1 ,332.60
for the property located at 1510 Snyder Avenue, Bremerton, attached hereto, are just and reasonable.
2. That the City of Bremerton will exercise its right to recapture abatement fees by personal judgment
against the Wardick Company, owner of 1510 Snyder, which if not paid within 30 days will become a lien against
the property.
