Resolution No. 2493
Resolution Amending the Date of the Rocky Point Annexation Election
WHEREAS the Bremerton City Council has determined that a mail out election assures
the broadest participation in a special election; and
WHEREAS a February 7th election does not provide the Auditor sufficient time to
execute this type of election.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY ~ BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL:
That resolution #2478 requesting the Rocky Point Annexation Election for the next special
election following the November 1994 General Election is mended to request a Special Election
date of May 16, 1995 for said proposition, by mail in ballot.
APPROVED this 11 day of January, 1995.
