A RESOLUTION proposing the vacation of portions of Front (First) Street,
Washington Avenue, and the alley south of Front (First) Street and east of
Washington Avenue for construction of the Bremerton Transportation Center.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL THAT:
1. A petition has been received to vacate portions of Front (First) Street, Washington
Avenue, and the alley south of Front (First) Street and east of Washington
Avenue for the construction of the Bremerton Transportation Center.
2. A public heating will be held on December 22, 1999, at 6:00 p.m. or later at the
Bremerton City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington, to take public
comment or consider written objections to the vacation.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
