A RESOLUTION authorizing the City Treasurer to make application for bank credit
cards for use in City business.
WHEREAS, some portions of the City's business can be conducted most efficiently
through the use of bank credit cards; and
WHEREAS, in order to obtain such credit cards for the conduct of City business, it is
necessary to provide the issuing bank evidence of legislative approval therefore; and
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer as the chief finance officer of the City is the most
appropriate employee to make application for such credit cards;
NOW, THEREFORE, let it be resolved, that the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to
make application for bank credit cards to be used as needed in the conduct of City business.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 21st day of
July, 1999.
