SUMMARY: The City acquired a 12 foot strip of property in 1952 for a walkway between Trenton
Avenue and Jacobsen Boulevard. The walkway has never been constructed and the City has no
current or future plans to construct a walkway. The strip is unusable for any property owner except
for the original conveying properties due to its size and shape. The proposed resolution authorizes the
sale of the property to the original conveying property owners at the 2006 Kitsap County tax assessed
value.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The City shall receive a total of$17,100 for the
sale of the real property.

Move to pass Resolution # 3(j1J~ approving the sale of real property located between Trenton
Avenue and Jacobsen Boulevard and authorizing the Mayor to finalize and execute Purchase and Sale
Agreements and all other documents related to the closing of this transaction.
