A RESOLUTION proposing the vacations of the west portion of 13th Street east of
Corbet Drive, and
that portion of 19th Street east of N. Wyeoff Avenue and west of Callow Avenue, and
that portion of Taft Avenue between 19th Street and 20th Street, and
that portion of an Alley north of 13th and south of 15th Street and west of the Ivy
Green Cemetery, and
that portion of Ford Avenue between Kitsap Way and 13th and setting a hearing
date for these vacations.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL THAT:
1. The City hereby proposes the vacation of the following rights-of-way within
the City, one-half of each right-of-way as originally platted to each abutting property:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
2. A public hearing will be held on July 7, 1999 at 6:00 PM or later at the
Bremerton City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington to take public comment
or consider written objections to the vacation.
3. If fifty percent or more of property owners abutting said right-of-way file
written objections to this action prior to the time set for public hearing herein, the heating
shall be canceled and there shall be no further proceedings under this resolution.
