A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to sign all applications,
agreements and amendments, and other documents relating to Public
Works Trust Fund Loan documents, for the 36" Water Main - Gorst to
Reservoir 4 Project (PWTF Loan No- PW-98-791-008)
WHEREAS, the City of Bremenon developed a Water System Comprehensive Plan in
accordance with the requirements of the State Department of Health regulations promulgated
under WAC 246-290-100, and sets forth facilities required to be constructed to serve the needs of
the area; and,
WHEREAS, for the City of Bremerton such project being necessary to address the needs
of the area and to protect the health, safety, and well being of the people; and,
WHEREAS, the construction costs of the 36" Water Main - Gorst to Reservoir 4 Project
Improvements in accordance with the plan are eligible for State funding; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL THAT:
SECTION 1: The Mayor is duly authorized to sign applications, loan agreements and
amendments, and other documents relating to 36" Water Main - Gorst to Reservoir 4 Project
Public Works Trust Fund Loan.
Passed this 15th day of April 1998, by the City Council of the City of Bremerton.
