A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to sign all applications,
agreements and amendments, and other documents relating to
Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan documents, for the
Corrosion Control Facility and Reservoir #4 Cover
(DWSRF Loan No. 97-78897-028)
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton developed a Water System Comprehensive
Plan in accordance with the requirements of the State Department of Health regulations
promulgated under WAC 246-290-100, and sets forth facilities required to be constructed to serve
the needs of the area: and
WHEREAS, for the City of Bremerton these projects are necessary to address the
needs of the area and to protect the health, safety, and well being of the people; and
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The Mayor is duly authorized to sign applications, loan agreements and
amendments, and other documems relating to the Corrosion Control Facility, Reservoir//-4 Cover,
and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan.
Passed this 9th day of September 1998, by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton.
